Syntens

WTC Twente and Syntens, the innovation network for entrepreneurs, have agreed to a partnership for future cooperation. With this partnership, both parties will strengthen contacts and thereby support international business and innovation in the region. Today Twente is known for its international leading knowledge region in a cross border environment and belongs to Europe’s top regions with regard to innovation and technology. Twente is the best place to convert good ideas to successful companies in an environment of knowledge, entrepreneural climate, enjoyable living and relaxation. The bundling of information, networking and expertise within several organisations strengthens the region, and is important to give you, as entrepreneur, the best chances for success. That is why we believe in cooperation and therefore an improvement of the region for you as entrepreneur in a national and international playground.

Syntens is an expert and independent sounding board for SME entrepreneurs and is commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and other government departments.  

Within this partnership there is a special focus on Entreprise Europe Network. Using profiles within this European network it is possible to come into contact with other entrepreneurs and knowledge institutions in Europe. With special attention for:

- Organising of trade missions, fairs and matchmaking

- European R&D projects directed at international cooperation and financing from the European Union
